I've tried a few different eye makeup removers in the past...Clinique, Lancome, RMK, Shiseido, Bobbie Brown, but Chanel's Gentle Bi-Phase Eye Makeup Remover has always remain to be my favourite. But at $32 a bottle, it's a little expensive. I would rather spend the money on other skin care products. So even though I love love this, I wanted to see if there was anything in the drug store department that would meet my expectations.
I just finished my bottle of Boots Botanics Soothing Eye Make Up Remover(~$6/5oz.). I have to say in my opinion this was just as good as the higher end brands, but it was still a tad bit too oily for me. I don't like the oily feeling of most eye makeup removers. But i do recommend this if you don't mind the oily feeling.
So when I ran out of Boots Botanics, I went to target to try and find another remover. Sitting on the shelf staring at me was Sonia Kashuk's remover ($9.99/4.75oz). I decided I was going to try this one....and now I think I found my new drugstore favourite! I don't know~I feel like I don't need to look for another eye make up remover again! I looooove this...possibly a little more than Chanel! It's not the cheapest at the drugstore, but I think it's worth it. My eye makeup just melts off without much effort :) and without the oily feeling~

If you're looking for non oily eye make up remover, you should also try softymo "Super Point Make Up Remover" :D I found it on amazon... not too expensive but it's super gentle and non oily!! I love it. I did buy Sonia Kashuk's after reading your post, but I think I'll go back to softymo once I use it up!
