Informative Animation~

This is nice informative animation. It is a public service announcement that is/was going on in Japan. I don't think it's really funny like the title says, but it's informing a heavy subject by using cute animation as a medium. (did i say that right?)

Still wishing Japan the best. I heard they're doing better tho.
